The Island
Chora
The town of Schinoussa is small, peaceful and quiet. It may seem empty and desolate in the mornings, but in fact, it keeps its forces for the night. Chora is built on the highest point of the island, not even visible from the sea and served the needs of the inhabitants for protection from pirate raids.
The houses are low and whitewashed, with blue windows and paved courtyards, full of colorful and fragrant blooming flowers.
